Landscaping, new sod all  islands, new plants added to front of 6400, 6450, & on north side of front fence entrance & 18 palm trees added to south end of complex by school project completed 3-21-14

March - June of 2015 we will replacing all the sidewalks and curbs that are cracked and safety hazards so please be careful walking around Tuscany

June 2015 New Pool Fence being installed first 2 weeks of June

July 2015 replacing some of the surrounding fence in the back by the tennis courts.

September 2015 adding bushes between palm trees along school fence.

January 2016 remodeling clubhouse new pictures in photo album.

February 2016 adding bushes to west side along fence and adding bushes where needed around all buildings.

July to November 2017
1. New gates and Fence in front of Tuscany Gardens.
2. Removing some oak trees and replacing with assortment of native trees around Tuscany Gardens.
3. Fixing cracked or broken sidewalks and curbs.
4. Resurfacing all parking and roadway areas and installing new speed bumps.
5. Pressure washing roofs and sidewalks
6. We also hired a cleaning company to do clean all buildings hallways, clubhouse, fitness center, restrooms and pool area.
